Notes for Non-local Student (Foreign Passport Holders)
Admission Applications for P1 to P5 Places - Transfer admission

1. Application Period

Applications are accepted throughout the year (subject to availability; applications may close early once places are full).

2. Annual Fees (2026-2027 School Year)

P1-P5:　HK$98,923
Please note that the payment of fees will be made in 10 instalments

3. Application Eligibility

In accordance with the guidelines of the Hong Kong Immigration Department, non-local students applying to study at primary level in Hong Kong must meet the following requirements:

• Age requirement: Applicants must be aged between 5 years 8 months and 11 years.
• Student Visa Eligibility Restrictions (In accordance with Hong Kong Immigration Department guidelines)
  You will NOT be eligible for this student visa application if you fall into any of the following categories:

• Chinese residents of the Mainland and Taiwan
• Former Mainland Chinese residents settled in the Macao Special Administrative Region who were not settled by 14 January 1979
• Nationals of Afghanistan, Cuba, Laos, Korea (Democratic People's Republic of), Nepal, and Vietnam

4. Application Procedures (By Post Only)

Applicants should download the application form and send it, together with the following documents, to:

33 Pak Tin Street, Shek Kip Mei, Kowloon, Hong Kong

• A recent passport photograph of the applicant (H: 5cm x W: 4cm)
• School reports from the last two academic years
• Proof of the applicant's identity (e.g., an eligible passport)
• Other supporting materials such as recommendation letters, portfolios or award certificates (originals and photocopies)
• Bank transaction receipt/record

5. Application Fee

• The application fee is HK$ 75, payable by international bank transfer.

• The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Examination Arrangement

• The school will issue a confirmation email upon receipt of the application form. Eligible applicants who have completed the registration process will be scheduled to sit our entrance examination, which is generally held within one month of successful registration.
• Applicants will be notified of the examination details via email around one week after the completion of application. Candidates will be examined in Chinese, English and Mathematics.
• To attend the entrance examination, candidates must bring:

1. The notification letter of the entrance examination
2. An original of the eligible passport
3. Stationery 

7. Interview

Candidates who perform satisfactorily in the entrance exam will be invited for a face-to-face interview at the school campus.

8. Announcement of Final Application Result
   The school will notify applicants of the results by email within two weeks after the interview.

9. Apply for Student Visa

• Upon acceptance, the parents/guardians must apply to the Hong Kong Immigration Department for a student visa.
• The school will not apply for the student visa on the applicant's behalf.
• The parent/guardian must submit the visa application within one month of receiving the letter of admission.

10. Registration

• After the student's visa has been successfully approved by the Hong Kong Immigration Department, the parent/guardian must complete the registration procedures within two weeks.
• Failure to complete registration within the specified deadline will be regarded as forfeiture of the school place.
• A student may only be formally admitted/commence studies after registration has been completed and all required documents and fees have been submitted.

Personal Information Collection Statement

In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, all personal data provided by applicants will be used solely for admission purposes. For successful applicants, the data will become part of their official student records. Data for unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed upon completion of the admission process.
